Returns & Warranty Policy

Change of Mind Returns

• Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty Products & Warranty

• All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
• We will assist in lodging a warranty claim with the manufacturer or their authorised service agent.
• Warranty claims are assessed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and the Australian Consumer Law.
• If a fault is confirmed, the manufacturer will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled at no charge before dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to our return policy.
